What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is counted each time a customer interacts with your AI assistant, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. Once started, the conversation remains active for 24 hours without counting as an additional conversation.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
Currently, all paid plans (Base and Plus) include their full monthly conversation limit with no overage charges. On the Trial plan, the AI assistant will be disabled after 100 lifetime conversations, but you can upgrade anytime to continue service.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, changes take effect immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Trial plan gives you 100 conversations (one-time, not monthly) at no cost, with no credit card required. It's perfect for testing Elira with your customers before committing to a paid plan. Once you upgrade to Base or Plus, you get monthly recurring conversations.
